In a protracted transfer saga, all three Premier League giants are thought to have negotiated terms for the attacking midfielder, however the star has made his choice for next season.
“I’m signing for the Champions League winner,” he revealed to his Twitter followers.
The Blues are now expected to tie up a £32 million deal for the playmaker in what will be a major coup for Roman Abramovich in the transfer market.
Hazard joins the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Marko Marin in signing for the west London club for next season.
Meanwhile, The Guardian state that Abramovich and Chelsea are not finished yet, and will next turn their attention to Porto’s Brazilian forward Hulk.
